Paul left retail sales in 1979 to start his direct selling career. He began developing an "inventory" of templates and programs to improve his selling effectiveness. Paul's Shortcuts to Yes made him an award winning salesperson at 24, allowing him to perform at over 200 percent of quota. He went on to succeed in many roles including Sales Representative, National Sales Director, National Accounts Manager, and Product Marketing Manager.
