Thank you so much for your motivational speech "Finding Good Customers". It was right on target! You clearly communicated the importance of personal, individual service that is vital to a successful business.
At PMD, selling concepts is the main thrust of our business. Without effective, personal communication between PMD and our clients, client expectations will likely go unfulfilled. "Finding Good Customers" has certainly helped me in serving my clients needs.
Paul, you present yourself in a very professional manner, speak clearly, and your Ideas are easy to understand and flow in a logical manner. Not once did my interest In what you were saying wane.
